Administrative Officer vacancy requiring profound MS Office knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like word and spreadsheet, presentation and database software, e-mail and internet toolsGood skills in formatting and graph production coupled with interest in learning new skillsGood organisation, time management and interpersonal skills as well as attention to detailA-levels, two-year secretarial diploma or equivalentLanguages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or another major language is advantageousYour tasks:Handling routine office tasks such as mails, calls, internal and external requests with little supervisionPreparing and managing contracts for technical advisers, academics and other visitorsMaintaining business area's databases of information and contact detailsParticipating in projects that may be implemented in the business area, drawing on knowledge of the requirements of the unitDealing with all logistical aspects of management and staff meetings and events, both internal and externalStart: ASAP
