Business Analyst / BA / Telford / Agile/ RAID /YML/ BPMN / Junior

My client based in the centre of Telford is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with circa 2 years experience to join their team. This is a newly created role that will see you working across a range of projects with the Change Team.

This role will see you working in a wider team of Business Analysts and you should ideally have circa 2 years working in a similar role idea Business Analysis or Systems Analyst.

Experience needed for this role includes but is not limited to:

*An understand of Agile methodologies and working in a fast paced environment.

*Exposure or knowledge of Business Process Modelling Notation, UML or Agile modelling techniques.

*Working with AS IF and TO Be

*Any experience of Oracle, Data Structures, PL/SQL, and Business Processes and Procedures would also be highly beneficial as would any formal Business Analyst Certifications ( though full training and certification can be provided)

This role will see you:

*Conducting high Quality Business Analyst and demonstrate an understanding of business problems and required outcomes.

*Engaging with stakeholders across the business and produce quality documentation at all times

*Use appropriate techniques to elicit requirements and manage any changes to said requirements

*Make sure that all relevant Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (R.A.I.D.) logs have been completed

Based in Telford this is an excellent opportunity and in return for your skills my client is offering a salary of between £28000 and £35000 depending on expensive plus a fantastic benefits package so apply now for immediate consideration.
