SCALA Data Engineer - 3 months initial - £500 - £625 Per Day - CompetitiveWe are working with a very exciting company based in Manchester who are doing interesting Big Data Projects and they need your help!

A very friendly, creative, forward thinking environment where new ideas are welcomed. This client is looking for a Scala Data Engineer. Scala is the number one skill needed for this role and big data experience with either Spark, Hive or Kafka would give you a head start!For this role you will be working with other Data Engineers and Tech Leads to work with multiple stakeholders - utilising your Scala Programming Skills.Big Data Tools, Kafka, Spark or Hive will be useful however vast experience in these areas is not essential.Essential Skills: - SCALA

Development Or EngineeringDesirable Skills:

- Experience with Big Data Platforms / Tools - Spark, Hive or Kafka- AWS - Working with cloud based solutions

General Details:Rate: £500-£625 Per Day - This is Competitive

Length: 3 months with strong possibility of extension

Location: Manchester City Centre
