Project Manager (Payroll - Workday)

We are looking for a Project Manager (Payroll - Workday) for a prestigious retail company based in Leicester.

The ideal Project Manager (Payroll - Workday), will have extensive experience of people systems implementations. Any experience of Workday Payroll would be highly advantageous.

You will need strong experience of parallel testing and cutover.

Key Skills:

- Strong delivery focussed Project Manager with an eye for detail

- Experience in delivering people systems implementations (Workforce Payroll experience is preferred but not essential)

- Experience in implementing systems and process change together

- Manage interdependencies with a Payroll Replacement project

- Experience in dealing with multiple suppliers with a SaaS model, where project team members have on-shore and off-shore resources

- Strong focus on management of risks, issues and dependencies

- Ability to work closely with project team to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to

- Experience working in a retail or similar customer facing environment

Person Specification:

- Track record of building strong relationships across senior stakeholders and of positively influencing senior management and leadership teams

- Builds positive relationships with suppliers & external stakeholders to delivery software or professional services

- Have successfully led large complex technology and business change projects

- Knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies and project management techniques
