Telecoms Customer Service Technician - SME MSP VoIP and Cellular

£20,000 - £25,000 + 28 days holiday per year plus pension and use of a company pool car + Daisy Training

We are looking to recruit a dynamic Telecoms Customer Service Technician to join our growing Engineering and Technical Department.


We have been established since 2007 and offer business telecoms VOIP and connectivity solutions to SMEs.

We recently become a wholesale partner through Daisy and require a Telecoms Customer Service Technician.

The right candidate must have experience within the Telecoms industry and have good IT knowledge. Ideally the candidate will have worked within VOIP provisioning with a wholesale carrier preferably Daisy Wholesale. Full Training will be provided by Daisy on a 2 day course in Manchester.

The role will also involve:

+ Fault tests for lines and broadband services
+ Transferring/porting of customers phone numbers
+ New line installs
+ New broadband / Ethernet installs
+ Day to day customer support.
