Role: Business Intelligence Global Process Owner

Salary: £60,000- £70,000 + benefits

The Role:

Our leading client requires a Business Intelligence Global Process Owner for immediate start in Lodnon. The successful candidate will deliver BI that is well understood, documented and prioritised. The BI strategy is documented, agreed, communicated and implemented. The delivered solutions are sustainable, and continue to deliver high quality information and data

Essentials;

*Develop a detailed understanding of the information and data requirements necessary to deliver value in Procurement

*Build the strategy for delivering Procurement Business Intelligence (BI) requirements and for long-term development of the BI landscape for Procurement

*Leadership of projects and improvement initiatives to implement the Procurement BI strategy

*Driving high quality data and information standards and efficient reporting

*Extensive technical and functional expertise to lead and deliver projects to implement the Procurement BI and Reporting needs, working closely with the internal and external BI solution providers

*Develop and own quality assurance processes for BI

*Ownership and maintenance of data refresh and support processes to ensure continuous provision of high quality, consistent information in Procurement, working closely with the internal solution providers and IT Service management

*Actively supports project that improve the quality of data available from the source systems, in particular those related to SAP data content and structure

*Drives continuous improvement and best practice in BI process, ensuring the best return on the investment in the BI solutions, supporting delivery of benefits from the ERP Programme and striving for best in class Procurement BI Reporting

*Experience in leading / owning a programme or a portfolio of BI projects delivered across multiple countries

*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and experience in managing conflicting priorities

*Cultural sensitivity and significant experience of working in an international environment

Desirable:

*Understanding of change management concepts, frameworks and issues, SAP Procurement data model, structure and content

*Experience working within a mature ERP systems culture / SSC environment

Additional Information:

*Client wide programmes mountable to a £2.5bn spend. This includes consolidation of functions at the group level and reorganisation, both formal and informal, as well as the rollout of single ERP. The working environment is dynamic and sometimes unstructured, so will suit a self-starter who wants to contribute to building the optimum levels of process, systems and policy structure, is driven by results but also diplomatic and can work through influence.

***European travel is expected (usually 3-5 days a month)***
