Company Journey SpecialistA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Journey Specialist to join a multi-award winning non-for-profit organisation based in North London on a FTC until December 2019. As the Customer Journey Specialist you will work within the Digital/Content team and liaise with key stakeholders within the business to help deliver a companywide project that will improve the understanding of customer journeys.As the Customer Journey Specialist you will have previous experience developing customer journeys for various audiences and manage the strategy. The Customer Journey Specialist will need to have strong knowledge of email strategy, mainly within customer journeys surrounding campaigns and consent.Key Skills for the Customer Journey Specialist:Solid experience developing customer journeys and managing data for emails.Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, channel selection and mapping.Able to provide strategic direction within the customer lifecycle and provide user research, prototyping and testing.Excellent communication skills are vital.
