Trainee Production Engineer (Extensive Training)
Experis Consulting has an exciting and unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to be trained in engineering aspects of production site, whilst working for one of the leading pharmaceutical clients in UK. This is a great opportunity to join Experis' ever growing consulting division where you will be trained and developed whilst representing Experis on one of our leading accounts.
If you have previous engineering experience (either mechanical or electrical) gained within a production environment and have genuine passion and drive to further your career, then this could be the opportunity for you.
In the initial period you will be working on multiple projects focusing on the core set of skills needed to become a qualified Engineer. You will utilise your current skills to apply yourself to the production environment while undertaking a bespoke training plan giving you access to experience across a wide range of tools and technologies.

In order to fit the criteria applicants must have existing engineering experience gained in pharmaceutical or chemical production environment. You must also:Be apprentice trained or equivalentBe qualified in electrical and / or mechanical maintenance to NVQ level 3Be experienced in providing planned and reactive maintenance and improvements to productivity on manufacturing, production and packaging lines and / or electrical control and HVAC systemsHave mechanical competence in pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, gearboxes and valves or electrical competence in three phase, invertors, control panels, sensors and PLC controlled machineryBe capable of risk assessing own work and the work of othersBe computer literate
