Finance Systems / Data Analyst

As a trusted, approved and preferred recruitment partner to this fantastic global award-winning organisation with headquarters in the West End of London, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Finance Systems / Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be a data and reports specialist.

You will have the opportunity to join a small but important team that supports the company's global operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of Excel, SQL and Data Analytics, good documentation and presentation skills, the ability work across multiple departments and manage stakeholders, and experience of working with users, responding clearly and efficiently to queries.

What You'll Be Doing

-Provide 1st/2nd Line Support / Analysis across all territories

-Specialise in, and provide 2nd Line Support / Analysis for the companies Finance Systems

-Support / Analysis of Access Dimensions and FocalPoint using IBM Cognos BI / IBM Cognos TM1

-Assist with Project Work, including testing and documentation

-Deliver training programs and System Documentation

-Assist in the delivery of dept. communications (internal surveys and the intranet)

-Assist with annual auditing of Finance Systems across the business

-Business Requirements Gathering, assisting with solution design

-Documenting issues within helpdesk software

-Liaising with systems providers

Skills and Experience Required

-Advanced Excel Knowledge / Experience

-SQL and Data Analytics (including IBM Cognos BI)

-Documentation and Presentation Skills

-Working across various departments

-Management of Key Stakeholders

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong attention to detail

-Change Process and Management
