2nd Line Support EngineerCambridge3 monthsUp to £165 per day
Role Purpose
My client are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join their team on an interim basis. The succesful candidate will provide technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and projects deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance.Responsibilities:Responding to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.Advising customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfactionWorking without supervision and has depth of specialization or able to work on a wide range of systems.Supporting less experienced Onsite Technicians in maintaining the availability of the IT service experienced by end users.
Required Skills & Competencies:Previous experience in a similar support roleWindows 10 / Office 16CitrixStong Windows and Linux Knowledge Desirable Skills:Citrix Desktop ManagerLaptop build experienceApple / Mac experience
