Senior Scrum Master - Up to 70K - Kings Hill, Kent A global Financial services company are urgently in need of an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Kent, UK. The company is offering a competitive package which includes a very attractive base salary of up to £70,000, a bonus and benefits will also be included.The Product Management works closely with the product owner, business analyst, IT scrum master and business owners to help gather refine and deliver requirements that deliver value for the business and improve their digital capabilities. Key to their success is the adoption of an agile development life cycle across a cross-functional team. To succeed in the role you must have:Experience across IT infrastructure, application development and business change deliveriesProduct and/or service design management experience in a fast paced business from which a product family/category was designed, developed and successfully launchedMarketing or customer service experience for a customer centric brand within a fast-paced B2C environment, ideally within the Financial services or retail/e-commerce sectorFirst level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated TestingStrong working knowledge of BPMn, UML and other process notationsGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyExperience of setting up and administering collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence or Visual StudioExperience of working closely with UX teams and running usability tests You will be able to demonstrate:Commitment to quality and timely service deliveryAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle competing demands for servicePro-activeness and responsivenessExcellent attention to detailAbility to consult before making judgementsA team player who understands the bigger picture and impact of decisionsClear communicator of views and opinionsCapable of working with staff at all levels This client pays very good attention to detail in the way their employees work.
