Head of Programme Delivery - FTSE 100This is a new role for a Head of Programme Delivery to join a well-known, hugely successful global FTSE 100 organisation based in Luton, Bedfordshire, within the Enterprise Portfolio & Change Team. This role comes at an exciting time of continuous growth in line with the launch of new company initiatives and will focus on the application of effective delivery of business and IT change.

The Head of Programme Delivery will be responsible for building an enterprise PMO with strong project and programme capabilities, whilst overseeing / building / developing the team (initially a team of 12 which will double within the next 2 years), whilst also being hands-on in the delivery of complex business and technology change programmes.

This role will suit someone who has worked in both large-scale and fast-paced structured and unstructured environments, utilising both Agile and Waterfall, whilst working with senior stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.

Skills and experience needed for the Head of Programme Delivery:Extensive experience of applying affective delivery to a large-scale change environment, with the use of both Agile & Waterfall.Experience of managing and building teams of varied project staff.Hands-on delivery of large, multi-year, complex programmes within business and tech change (change portfolio's).Experience of building an effective PMO function within a large, fast-paced company.Excellent senior stakeholder & 3rd party management and relationship building skills.Experience gained within an enterprise Retail, Travel, Leisure, Logistics or FMCG company.This is a great opportunity to make your mark in a key position within this very successful, FTSE 100 company.

Salary: £85k - £105k + up to 30% bonus + benefits
