ShortList Recruitment are looking for an Service Desk Technician to join a rapidly growing business in Preston.The Service Desk Technician will be part of the team which looks after the company's servers, network and provide desktop support.An excellent Service Desk Technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and be calm in the event of an IT incident.The goal is to ensure that the business is able to use the IT assets and systems with maximum availability and to do it in a way that makes it a positive experience for our internal customer.You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosis of errors, as well as work on technical projects.
