6 Month Contract - Project Manager - HR & Payroll System Implementation - Midland HR iTrent
My Cardiff based client have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to come in and manage the delivery of a new HR, Payroll and Pensions system (Midland HR iTrent). Working closely with the finance, payroll, pension and HR team and crucially the Head of Business IT, this role will require a Project Manager with extensive experience in the implementation of large-scale HR and payroll systems, such as Midland HR iTrent. The role will see you responsible for:Working closely with the supplier and various departments and stakeholders through phases of the delivery processDeveloping teams and ensuring members are motivated and are collaborating, communicating and prioritising workloads as is necessaryManaging risks, quality output, people and budgetsTracking deliverables of the project and ensuring delivery deadlines are metReviewing of team resource and ensuring requirements of project are being met by themOverseeing of project budget
In order to be considered for this exciting position, you will strong need experience in:Managing the delivery of large-scale HR, payroll and pensions systemAgile and lean methodologies/practicesProject planningManaging budgets effectivelyWorking as a PRINCE2 PractitionerStakeholder managementManaging supplier relationshipsBuilding a developing strong and successful teams
It would be highly desirable for you to have previous experience in:Implementing Midland HR iTrent system
