Our innovative North East based client is currently searching for a Device Modelling Engineer to work within the Engineering team to perform device charaterization and modelling on RF devices. The role will involve foundry development and process work as well as the modelling of devices.

Required skills for the Device Modelling Engineer will include:Strong device and characterisation experienceAn understanding of; pulsed-IV, load-pull, third order intercept, noise measurements.Familiarity with RF compound semiconductor device physics is essential.Excellent communications skillsDegree in Engineering, Physics, Maths or other related field.Please contact [email protected] for further details
