Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
A well-known information technology client is looking to add a SOC Engagement Manager to their team. In this role you will provide technical advice and assistance to in house teams including sales, current and prospective customers as well as the Security Operations Centre. The successful candidate will also be engaged with pre-sales in supporting fulfilment of sales solutions by understanding our customers needs, identifying and delivering of solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the overall implementation, adoption and integration for all customer solutionsDevelop a strong understanding of our customers' business requirement as well as their technical environmentUnderstand customer requirements to provide solutions ensuring strong relationshipsGather requirements as well as the design of solutions.Contributes to our customers architecture in the designing of and implementation of new solutionsThe ideal candidate will have a background in:Implementation, Operations or ConsultancyCyber Security Technologies used in a Security Operations CentreRequirements GatheringFull implementation life cycle - initial contact, understanding the customers needs through to implementation.This role is being handled by Robyn Clarke @ Evolution Recruitment Solutions.
