Dynamics CRM Analyst

My industry leading, global client is looking for a passionate and experienced Dynamics CRM Analyst to join their IT team at their head office in Birmingham.

The Dynamics CRM Analyst will be responsible for the day to day running, administration and on-going development of CRM, with an emphasis on extending current functionality. This role has the core responsibility of creating a best practice process supported by the CRM system that allows for a best in class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

*On-going development, testing and administration of the CRM application.

*Communication with business users to draw out their requirements and ensure clear expectations.

*Responsible for analysis and documentation of requirements, to be presented back to stakeholders for signoff.

*Create user acceptance test strategies and support users in their execution

*Provide user support for both technical and moderate changes required by the end user.

*Manage the system maintenance to include tasks such as new users, permission changes, security roles, management of Teams and Queues.

*Ensure process for data integrity is adhered to by ensuring policies for data quality are implemented and followed.

*Oversee troubleshooting issues and 1st-2nd line support.

*Oversee workflow management and advanced find functionality.

*Create custom reporting, documentation and dashboards to the user requirements linked to best practice approach.

*Have regular contact with stakeholders and support users from all areas of the organisation from junior to senior levels.

*Help define and evolve the CRM strategy and advise on best ways to implement CRM technology to meet our business objectives.

*Be responsible for creation and delivery of training to all CRM users.

Key Skills and Experience required:

*Experience supporting Dynamics CRM.

*At least 2 years working in a previous role in Dynamics CRM Administration.

*Experience with Customisation, Configuration, Workflows and Entities.

*Experience of producing dashboard functionality using data residing on a Dynamics platform.

*Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, office 365 etc.) Experience with training of end users and working closely with stakeholders.

*Strong communicator and ability to work independently.
