Role Title: Delivery Support Administrator (PMO / HR)

Location: Southampton

Contract: January 2020

The client is looking for an Delivery Support Administrator (PMO) on a project to replace a number of disparate HR systems with a single market-leading solution called Workday. Workday is the market leader in Human Capital Management systems worldwide, Workday is a one-stop-shop that meets HR needs, including recording leave, pay slips, learning, recruitment, benefits and much more.

The Delivery Support Administrator (PMO) will serve as the Co-ordination and administrative function for the project.

Key Competencies:

*As this project is an HR SaaS deployment it is important that the candidate has the ability to grasp the concepts quickly and work to understand the system over time.

*Proven experience of working within a PMO function

*Proven experience of working within an HR function, or understanding of key HR system functionality or HR terminology

Essential skills:

*Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and basic Excel

*Ability to plan, organise, set priority and manage activities simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all level within the organizations (HR, IT, etc.)

Desirable skills (but not essential):

*Experience with Project Management tools like RAID log and Microsoft Project

*Experience of HR, an HR department or being an HR Graduate

*This role is based on site 5 days a week in Southampton.

The Delivery Support Administrator will carry out essential tasks to ensure the project can meet its key deliverables such as:

*Attending meetings across a number of business departments

*Ensuring relevant information, decisions and actions are captured accurately and escalated to the appropriate project team members.

*Responsible for following up on relevant actions to ensure tasks are delivered to deadlines. This project will also require working with Third Parties, and the administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the parties work together in the agreed manner, which will include organisation of workshops, meetings and conference calls.
