South East (UK) I am working alongside my Microsoft Gold Partner client who, due to continuous and exciting growth, are looking to grow their team with a permanent Intranet Consultant. This organisation provide high tech and innovative cloud based intranet solutions solutions to their clients across multiple and diverse industries. With this, no project will be the same and you will develop an extensive portfolio of client based experience. Additionally, this role will provide you with the opportunity to explore different avenues and industry leading training will be provided to you.The Intranet Consultants within this organisation spend time with clients to get business communities on board and to tailor their bespoke digital solution to the needs of the consumer using custom features. You will be defining success metrics and supporting customers throughout their entire digital journey.You will be confident, interpersonal and keen to work in a lively environment. The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have experience in:A customer facing role within Digital/Intranet/SAAS SolutionsExperience running workshops to gather and understand business requirementsCreating functional specifications for customisations using User Stories and WireframesExperience creating custom Information ArchitectureReviewing and making recommendations on customer data and contentCreating technical specifications for 3rd party integration'sAdvising customers on Office 365 and Azure authentication optionsWorking with customers to understand key performance data
