Full Stack Developer (Python Django SQL JavaScript Linux). Would you like to work on complex systems that provide daily challenges; collaborate, learn and share ideas with a talented team whilst continually developing your skills and gaining valuable knowledge of financial trading systems?

As a Full Stack Developer at this global algorithmic trading firm you will design and develop the next generation post trade processing platform, based on distributed architecture principles and designed to support complex business pipelines. The platform will support Big Data Warehouse capabilities for storing and analysing billions of historical transactions for regulatory and analytical purposes. You'll design and develop software components such as trade reconciliations, position calculations, P&L calculations using and developing your skills with Python BPM framework, Kafka messaging, C++, Data Warehouse integration, JavaScript and Django.

You'll be based in modern City offices with casual dress code and fully stocked kitchen.

Requirements:

*Strong Python coding skills

*Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

*Good knowledge of Linux OS, shell scripting

*Strong problem solving skills; logical, able to think strategically

*Collaborative with strong communication skills, the desire to learn and share ideas

*Ideally you will have experience (or the desire to learn); developing REST endpoints using Django / Flask; creating UIs using JavaScript React, HTML, CSS

*Degree educated; Computer Science or similar discipline
