Hyperion Functional Architect to work on the migration of Hyperion workforce and Financial planning from On-Premise to Cloud.

Duration:8 months

Location: Wilmslow

Rate: Market Rate

Key Responsibilities:Responsible for studying the existing Hyperion business planning process and preparing the AS-IS Document.Responsible for performing comprehensive business process assessment of migrating On-Prem EPM application to Cloud and providing the necessary recommendation to the client.Responsible for providing the To-Be Planning business process on EPM cloud environment.Responsible for providing Business process transformation solutions needed for migrating On-Premise EPM applications to Cloud.Interact with Key Business users, understand their pain areas with the current EPM platform and provide solutions for addressing the pain areas on EPM cloud.Responsible for gathering requirement from the business users.

Essential Skills:Hands-on tech-functional consultant with minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation of EPBCS in an enterprise client environment.Very Strong experience with in Essbase and Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (on premise).Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions and workshops in financial planning, budgeting, allocations in an enterprise environment.Experience in configurations in Financials, Workforce and Capital areas of product.Hands-on experience to configure the application for leading prototype sessions, CRPs with business users.Good communication skills.Certification from Oracle in EPBCS.

Desired Skills:Strong understanding of Hyperion Planning functionalitiesUnderstanding of ERP functionalitiesAbility to pick up new technical knowledge quicklyProven ability to communicate and translate effectively across multiple groups from design and engineering to marketing, advertising, and business developmentAbility to lead and collaborate at the different client level and excellent customer service skillsPositive, energetic attitude, and initiative; Strong work ethicAble to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environmentExperienced in working with cross functional teams especially with Oracle Cloud ERPFast and responsive, deadline drivenStrong listening, verbal (especially telephone) and written communication skills are a mustExperience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial applications.Proficient in the use of personal computers including MS Office Programs (Visio, Word, etc.) Acrobat Professional and Ticketing Systems
