Due to our Continued growth we are now looking for a 2nd Line engineer with solid skills in MS OS / MS Stack / VMWare / LAN/WAN / Office365 / Sophos to join the success story!WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Joining our dynamic Support team as our newly appointed 2nd Line Engineer you will be supporting a wide range of technologies from a variety of vendors and so a thirst to further develop your skillset and broaden your Tech Stack is essential! You will work to resolve issues escalated from the 1st Line to the highest standard applicable, escalating when necessary. We pride ourselves on exceeding our customers expectations and to do that we need the best in the industry, because of this we actively promote our team gaining industry accreditation and offer plentiful opportunities for progression!
