Are you an ambitious candidate with excellent communication skills looking for sales based role for a specialist manufacturer, offering clear career progression into sales executive or account management positions? The role is with a specialist growing manufacturer who work with a range of industries (Pharmaceutical, Biochem, Aerospace etc.) both in the UK and internationally. Suitable backgrounds would include outbound call centre, recruitment or customer services. However, the client is open to a range of backgrounds as more important is the applicants communication skills and level of motivation to succeed. The role will focus on supporting the sales team in securing and qualifying leads on new project opportunities. Therefore tasks will include: Working from industry specific data and resources to identify new business potential from worldwide target markets Contacting target markets to properly qualify new project opportunities Record qualified data for the sales team to use in securing business To apply you should have the following: Experience in an outbound phone based sales/account management/customer service position It literate with knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems Any knowledge of construction/engineering/manufacturing industry would be preferred but is not essential This position is based in the outskirts of Bristol, close to the M5, so is very commutable from Clevedon, Weston Super Mare and Thornbury.
