ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Project Manager with experience in delivering Agile software development to join an industry leading retail business in Chester. Our client works in a fast paced, Agile environment so the Project Manager will have experience working to Agile methodologies.

The successful Project Manager will work hand in hand with other project managers, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure project delivery, on time and to budget. Through experience and technical ability, the Project Manager will help shape the product and assist in developing the working methodologies and practices.

Key responsibilities for the Project Manager role:Experience managing development and project roadmaps Understand core business drivers and ensure timely deliveryTake ownership of project scope and change managementEnsure all project risks are managed adequatelyFull project life cycle experience from estimation through development, UAT test and Implementation Production of concise accurate weekly project reportsDemonstrate a good understanding of appropriate software development technologiesBe able to clearly explain and promote core productsDemonstrate Project delivery experience in business transformation, contact centre and mobile application projects.Manage project budgets and effective resource utilisation

The Project Manager role is based near Chester and salary is dependent on experience, plus benefits and is commutable from Wrexham, Chester, The Wirral, Flintshire and Warrington.

You will need to be able to demonstrate evidence of successful project delivery, in particular working with agile teams.
