I'm looking for a Business Analyst who is interested in taking the next step in their career with a move to a consultancy. The requirements for the role are: The BA can understand how the product works at a high level and work closely with the Solution Architect and Project ManagerThe BA will gather requirements, understand what the client are trying to deliver, understand processes etc, working through the full life cycle from initial on boarding through to Go-LiveMost Important Attributes - Ability to read the room (Consultative, knows when to speak and who to speak to), Work well with the team, Ability to translate client needsHybrid Waterfall / Agile depending on the client20% travel - Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, UK (Northern Europe)Understanding of CRMs such as Oracle & Salesforce
