WHAT WILL YOU DOFrom a technical perspective the candidate will use their expertise to guide the team, identify areas for improvements and implement fixes to bugs. The candidate will work on specification, design, coding, testing and deployment of various solutions within a Microsoft .NET environment. They will contribute to innovative product enhancements and ensure best practice and supporting documentation are utilised. Also the role will require the candidate to help with basic people management duties in collaboration with the company Director. REQUIRED SKILLSSolid experience in Software Development, design and Architecture;Excellent practical knowledge of OOP concept and SOLID principles;Solid knowledge of C# ASP.NET/MVC/Web API;Entity Framework, SQL Server;HTML & CSS experience;Experience with Version control system, as GIT or TFS;Bootstrap experience;Test Driven Development;Knowledge of AWS or other cloud-based servers;Experience managing Web Servers (Windows Server)4+ years commercial experience Some experience of leading a teamExcited about emerging web technologies
