Along with this you will have to provide first class customer service, for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. You will also be able to contribute to the monthly newsletters. You will represent the service desk at meetings and be able to show your leadership skills. You will escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure team. Maintain Asset Database. You will Mentor the support staff and skills sharing. In this job you will be asked to work shifts which are 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm and 9:30am-6:30pm. So there is plenty of times you will be able to choose from to work around your own life.
