IT Operations Manager Our client who are one of the largest organisations globally in their specific industry have an exciting requirement for an initial 3 month contract to be based in their Bedfordshire offices as well as some occasional International travel.This role will require an experienced Operations/Service Manager who has experience of operations projects and is a seasoned team lead. You will be managing a team of between 10-20 along side some supporting team supervisors.Role responsibilities and skills required:

'€¢Responsible for the day-to-day support and operation of major IT service groups, specifically the provision of Backend Services, Workplace Services, and Network Services'€¢Run the ITOPs service catalogue, ensuring global consistency and standards'€¢Ensure first-line and second-line end-user support processes are in place and are used'€¢Manage service-desk tickets end-to-end, providing management reports as directed'€¢Undertake analysis of service-desk tickets to identify common issues or areas of improvement'€¢Responsible for the line management of on-site IT support personnel and teams, ensuring appropriate resource levels, training, and skills'€¢Experience in a regulated environment is required'€¢Any experience of ticketing system projects would be highly desirable
