Ariba Network Supplier Analyst to be based in Bracknell on a 12 Month contract. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Ariba Network Supplier Enablement process and have extensive experience of onboarding suppliers to use the Ariba Network to enable the sending and receiving of Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Acknowledgments, Advanced Ship Notices, and Invoices between customer and supplier relationships.

Job Title - Ariba Network Supplier Enablement AnalystLocation - BracknellDuration - 12 Months Overall Mission The EMEA Sourcing Process and Systems Team manages Sourcing Systems deployment and operational support. As part of this responsibility, they lead the Regional Source to Pay (STP) activities in ERP deployment including deployment of supplier eCommerce solutions.

The Team also manages the EMEA Procure to Pay Process, co-ordinating Accounts Payable Outsourcing Activities and Process Improvement Projects throughout EMEA.

Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Ariba Network Supplier Enablement process and have extensive experience of onboarding suppliers to use the Ariba Network to enable the sending and receiving of Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Acknowledgments, Advanced Ship Notices, and Invoices between customer and supplier relationships.

The role is part of the EMEA Regional eCommerce Team deploying and enabling the eCommerce solutions with our EMEA supply base.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:working closely with our Global and EMEA STP and Strategic Sourcing teamsmanaging supplier communication, enablement, testing and training activitiesproviding help desk support to suppliers and internal stakeholders

Skills, experience and key capabilities:SAP experience is essentialAriba Network Supplier Enablement experience is essential, but could be trainedExperience of Sourcing and/or working with external partners and suppliers is essentialExcellent project management & communication skills are essentialExperience of working within a multi-cultural & International environment is essentialLanguages are desirable - for example German, French, Polish, SpanishMicrosoft Office tools is essential, and candidates with advanced Excel Power Pivot and Access Database skills and knowledge will be at an advantage
