Our client's mission is to harness project data to help people make the best decisions. The client is developing the autonomous project and they are looking for Business Analysts who are ambitious, motivated innovative and organised. The role is working for a consultancy, home-based with travel to client sites.

Your role will include:

Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, including conflict remediation skills

Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and scope management

Gathering, challenging, documenting and presenting requirements in an Agile transformation programme

Strong on agile methodologies and familiarity with continuous integration

Lean principles (Six Sigma)

What they are looking for:

Work experience in full systems development

Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organisation through functional boundaries

Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts

Must have a solid working knowledge of data concepts

 Strong communication skills, including prioritising, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building

Proven time management with organisation skills (must be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines)

Salary between £40k and £60k based on experience and skills
