They are now looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Forensic Team and investigate customers' power failures.

The Role 

As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll perform power forensic and failure investigations, taking ownership of projects from initial customer contact, through to completion and reporting. 

This important role combines office-based projects with hands-on laboratory and customer site-based activities. Specifically, you will:  

- Gain an understanding of customers' requirements and issues  
- Oversee the completion of planning, the strip-down of assets, evidence collation, reporting and project clean-up 
- Provide customers with project updates  
- Drive continuous improvements within the Power Forensics function 

About You 

To join be considered as a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will need:  

- Excellent knowledge of high voltage networks and an understanding of assets, specifically condition assessment, degradation and failure mechanisms of a variety of electrical assets  
- The ability to project manage, work to deadlines and manage your own time and deliverables  
- A BEng in Electrical Engineering or a related electrical/electronic discipline  

IET status would be beneficial to your application.
