My client based in leeds are looking for a Service Desk Analyst on an initial 2-4 week contract

The organisation have a large outstanding number of tickets and requests. You will be working as part of the service desk to help reduce this number as well as getting involved in standard support issues when required

You will also be required to write documentation for current staff on areas of support they may need extra help on

With solid experience of resolving incidents and requests, and with a variety of Service and Desktop experience, you must also have strong office 365 experience. Experience of Linux would be desirable
