Role: IT Operations Lead

Location: Kent

Day Rate: £500 - £600

Contract: 9 Months +

The Role:

Our leading client requires a IT Operations Lead to manage the IT Operations team and infrastructure

Essentials:

* Experience working with Unix and Windows operating systems

* Financial services experience

* Firmware, O/S's and software versions are in a supported state.

* Incident and Service Request Management:

* Make sure that incidents are accepted and dealt within agreed SLAs.

* Service Requests are prioritised and completed in agreed timescales.

* Problem Management queue is reviewed regularly.

* Overnight batch processing is run successfully each working day.

* Prepare agenda for and run weekly Change-advisory board meeting.

* Ensure cyber security processes, procedures and monitoring are up to date at all times

* Maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier deliveries.

* An in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure.

* ITIL methodology.

* Provide input and have up to date awareness of cyber security developments
