This role is available as the company is expanding.The role.This role is for extra capability on projects. We are finding our resource numbers are running low so they are keen to recruit specific to this. You will be working with the MOD focussing on their Battlefield & satellite systems upgrades, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has a background working with/for the MOD.You will play an active part in the procurement process, so you will work as a customer friend to internal MOD departments supporting them with what to buy and the process of moving through the approval stages.Key Accountabilities.You will be supporting the development and maintenance of positive engagement with project customers, partners and suppliers.You will be operating in a Safe & Secure manner.You will be responsible for the delivery of the project outputs, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales).You'll be responsible for the maintenance of forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects the up-to-date expectations for the work.You will be reporting progress on all accountabilities to programme / portfolio manager (or their delegate).The Fit.You need hands on Project Management experience (full lifecycle delivery).You need an understanding of the MOD Domain & how the MOD works.It is preferred if you have systems integration programme experience.To Apply If you're ready to apply, fantastic!
