Role: IT Operations Team Leader

Location: Kent

Day Rate: £500 - £650

Contract: 9 Months +

The Role:

Our leading client requires a IT Operations Team Leader to manage the IT Operations team and infrastructure

Essentials:

*Unix skills and Database skills

*Firmware, O/S's and software versions are in a supported state.

*Incident and Service Request Management:

*Make sure that incidents are accepted and dealt within agreed SLAs.

*Service Requests are prioritised and completed in agreed timescales.

*Problem Management queue is reviewed regularly.

*Overnight batch processing is run successfully each working day.

*Prepare agenda for and run weekly Change-advisory board meeting.

*Ensure cyber security processes, procedures and monitoring are up to date at all times

*Maintain supplier relationships and manage supplier deliveries.

*An in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure.

*ITIL methodology.

*Provide input and have up to date awareness of cyber security developments
