Senior Strategy & Technology Management Consultant - Banking

£80000 - £95000 per annum
We are partnered with a majorly successful and expanding boutique technology & strategy consulting house to assist in recruiting a Senior Strategy & Technology Management Consultant. The role pays up to a £95,000 basic salary plus extensive benefits and bonuses.
Our client has predominantly grown through offering market-leading strategic and technology-based consultative advice to the wealth management and private banking sectors. It has grown to 500+ employees globally and serves 50 renowned international banks. They are shaped by employees from various backgrounds and cultures: sharing the same standards and a strong work ethic to ensure fairness and objectivity.
Key purpose of of the Senior Strategy & Technology Management Consultant role:
* Support the growth of the management consulting business across Europe
* Work with our clients in one or more of the following areas: Strategy and operations, Transformation, Regulatory implementation, Digital
* Manage, coach and lead our team
* Organise and participate in industry events
* Produce leadership articles on topics of interest to the wealth management industry
Likely qualification / background / experiences:
* University degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related discipline
* Relevant consulting and / or banking experience.
* Experience with major consulting firms would be an asset.
* Detailed knowledge and understanding of the wealth management industry.
* Demonstrated experience in business development for consulting services.
* Demonstrate flexibility to travel for work.
* Exceptional communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English. (Knowledge of German/French/Spanish would be an asset).
