I am currently recruiting for one of my clients based in Surrey, who are looking to on board a experienced Sage People IT Support analyst.Some of your key responsibilities for Sage people would be:Line 1 support, including escalation to L2 with vendorsDevelopment & configurationreports writingvendor liaisonTraining new users on the systemManage regression testing of software releases Other responsibilities are:Input to corporate services systems change boardManagement & analysis of support callsMy client are looking to bring someone on board as early as next week & are interviewing immediately.
