3rd Line Support Analyst

Up to £44,000 + excellent benefits

Leeds City Centre - easily accessible from the train station

My client is seeking a 3rd Line Support Analyst to work within the Infrastructure Support Team who is responsible for the support, configuration, on-going operation and development of all Windows systems Infrastructure across the Groups IT function.

You will have proven commercial experience within the following:

*In depth knowledge of a wide range of Microsoft products

*Windows Server (all versions)

* Linux Servers

*Active Directory

*Microsoft Exchange (all versions)

*Citrix

*VMware ESX

*SCOM

*WSUS

*SharePoint

*Working knowledge of Linux

*ITIL

Your application would hold distinct advantage if you possess one or more of the following qualifications:

*Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

*Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

*Citrix CCA XenApp Certification

*VMware certification
