Our client is a looking for an IT Support Desk Analyst. The right candidate will be an experienced support Desk Analyst who will be working as part of a team to service and support a range of hardware and software systems. The role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent tasks with varying technologies in an exciting competitive environment, with exposure to a wide range of existing and emerging technologies. The role will include:

  • Knowledge management, some mentoring and developing the team's technical and personal skills. Comply with the ISO standards.
  • Ensure all incidents, problems and service requests are captured and logged accurately. To measure the quality and performance of services with arranged KPI's.
  • Supporting products, services and systems via on premise, cloud or co-located/managed platforms.
  • Supporting junior and less experienced technical support and service analysts as well as working under the direction of the wider Operations team.
  • Integrating closely with operations functions focusing on high quality systems management, operational performance and sustainability and will also work closely with Information Security function ensuring all deliverables adhere to the security and compliance baselines.

The right candidate will be a strong communicator with varied experience in a service and support role, with strong experience providing technical customer support in a similar field, effective ticket management and who will actively contribute to on-going service and support of applications and services. Ideally will also have/be: Graduate calibre with MCP or equivalent, ITIL v2 or v3. You will have the ability to manage incident, problem and service request tickets and conform with appropriate behaviour and the ability to identify, isolate and resolve complex problems within the context of the project and support deliverables.
