Helpdesk Support Engineer (Windows Microsoft Office MCP). Global technology company is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Engineer to support internal users across the UK. You'll analyse client system logs and identify potential issues with desktop / laptops; install and configure new hardware and software (Windows / Mac); apply operating systems updates, patches and configuration changes; user administration tasks, including Active Directory and be responsible for 1st line technical support.

Requirements:

*Strong experience in a Windows environment

*Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) holder

*Good knowledge of Microsoft OS, Windows 8/10

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

*Familiar with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
