Java Developer / Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript RESTful API Microservices CI/CD). Well established start-up within the financial sector is seeking a Java Developer to join their team. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are going through a period of transformation; creating a brand new core platform that is a Microservices architecture with multiple web and mobile applications built on top. As a Java Developer you'll be involved in building Java based Microservice driven applications, ensuring that you follow best practices, implement code reviews and enforce unit testing.

Requirements:

*Excellent core Java development skills (Java 8 and ideally Java 9)

*Strong understanding of software architecture and computer science fundamentals

*Experience with RESTful API design and Microservices architecture

*Unit testing experience using tools such as Junit, Mockito and Spock

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
