Portfolio Management / Senior Project Manager (Mortgages)Looking for a genuine all-rounder to manage a Portfolio / Change budget of £5M. Must have delivered Mortgage applications for a consultancy or in an end user capacity. Must be at Home delivery Change and IT. You will be managing a team dedicated to delivering IT projects within a regulated industry in alignment with regulations, supporting transition through both application and business changes. Performing all aspects of risk analysis, supplier / stakeholder relationship management contract reviews, negotiations, and enforcement of PM standards. Exposure to Financial Services is a must as is 3rd Party Management. Ideally have worked in fast paced regulated environments previously. Line management, stakeholder management, change management and programme management is key. A very interesting and pivotal role, with career prospects as well!!.
