Role Purpose
As part of a team:
Ensure clarification of client requirements and specifications.Test technical solutions aligned with project plans.Plan the execution path of specific products and services.Key AccountabilitiesTest embedded software and web-based solutions following established processes, aligned with requirements and key business metrics using appropriate manual or automatic methods.Review and contribute to technical product and project specifications. Develop reusable test frameworks that can be quickly adapted into new applications/products.Identify and develop existing methods to assess and improve designs and technologies.Where required, create new methods to assess and improve designs and technologies.Produce clear technical documentation and ensure productive interaction internally and with clients, project stakeholders and potential clients.Have input to proposals and project estimations and contribute to decision making.Identify risk and escalate appropriately should the task at hand become insurmountable. Monitor progress and identify risk abatement strategies.Assess solutions/systems and produce reports on failure modes. Knowledge, skills, and qualificationsFirst class degree or upper 2nd in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent background.Strong analytical and numerical skills. Exposure to programming and using scripting languages, for example C/C++ and Python;Familiarity with SQL DatabasesAbility to Solve complex problems using existing solutions in new ways.Please send your CV to [email protected] along with a brief overview of your current work situation and your salary expectations.
