.Net Developer (Contract)

Milton Keynes

£430-£460 per day

Our client based in the Milton Keynes is currently looking for x2 .Net Developers who have worked on a SAP based programmes to join them. x2 .Net Developer will be brought on board to enhance and develop business critical suite of web & windows enterprise applications serving multiple business streams.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

*Enterprise application development experience within a Microsoft .NET based environment

*Strong understanding of the software development cycle

*Good time management and problem-solving skills

Involved in all aspects of Software Development and Enhancement activities as below, but not limited to:

*Developing existing and new systems by conducting robust impact analysis and identifying code changes in line with best practices

*Working within Agile (Kanban / Scrum) / Waterfall Delivery teams depending on nature of delivery projects undertaken

*Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation under the guidance of the Technical Lead

*Integrate software with existing systems

*Constantly improve technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, as well as exploring new technological offerings in the market

*Demonstrate clear, effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff within the Technology and Business environment

*Create and maintain technical specifications and relevant project documentation

Technical Skills (Required)

*C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.0, Web Services, WCF, Web API, LINQ, AJAX, jQuery, JSON

*SQL Server 2008/2016, Entity Framework

*XML, XSLT, HTML5, CSS

*TFS

*SAP

Technical Skills (Desired)

*Developing applications with Microsoft Azure, GitHub

*SSIS, SSRS

*Win Forms, WPF, Bootstrap, NHibernate

*Experience within an ITIL, Agile and/or DevOps environment
