Spring Technology is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Utilities Client

The client are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Business Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

Technically minded Business Analyst required to Support infrastructure projects.

The BA will be required to

*Review and establish effectiveness of existing systems

*Undertake technical and systems analysis of legacy IT systems

*Identify requirements for new systems

*Support implementation of new systems

Responsibilities and Experience

*Facilitates requirements conversations with Product Owners, Business and Delivery Teams

*Documents requirements (functional / non-functional)

*Documents Epics, Features, User stories to support internal software development

*Defines acceptance criteria for solutions

*Documents IT and Business Processes

*Works with stakeholders to prioritise requirements

*Communicates requirements and obtain approval of design and solutions

*Identifies risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and constraints to change

*Good practices on Configuration and Change Management, Incident and Problem Management.

*Office 365

*Windows 7-10

*Understanding of Basic Routing, Switching and Firewalls rules

*Windows Networking

*Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, AWS, Azure, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, WAN/LAN
