2nd line Support Engineer (progression to 3rd) - Leeds based MSP - £30kOne-to-one training and development plans for progression to 3rd line

We're looking for 2nd/3rd line engineers to join an IT Consultancy with offices in Leeds city centre. You will be providing regular support to existing customers and assisting with the implementation of new offerings around Infrastructure and Security.It's not uncommon to be promoted to an exclusively 3rd line role within a year of joining - support is given to overachievers, with a particular preference for ambitious candidates.Given the variety of project work and customers you'll be working with there is plenty of learning on offer here with products you work with already and also new products as listed below.You'll be trained 1-1 by a skilled technical consultant with years of experience with some of the best Partners in Yorkshire.The more familiarity you have with the following the better (any gaps in your knowledge can be filled!): -Virtualisation with VMWare, Citrix or Hyper-V

-Server 2012 / 2016

-Cisco Meraki / Draytek or WatchGuard

-TCP/IP DNS / DHCP

-Veeam is desirable but not essential Successful candidates will need to spend time on-site with customers across Yorkshire to support projects and provide consultation. (all expenses covered)
