RoleIn this role you will have direct exposure to all seniority levels internally, as well as direct client contact where possible. You will be given significant responsibilities and huge learning opportunities. You will become an integral part of the team.The daily tasks will include:Execution of M&A mandatesPreparation of marketing materials, modelling and valuation analysis, data-room managementMarketing initiatives; market analysis of different industry verticalsPreparation of market, strategic and industry peer analysis, screening of potential M&A targets/buyers, financial valuationsBusiness Development; recruiting initiatives, marketing of the firm and development of the Irish teamRequirements1 - 2 years experience working in Financial Services or Investment BankingStrong academic background within finance or accountancyExcellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel modelling and manipulationEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomouslyGood communication skills, presentation skills and excellent attention to detailSThree UK and Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
