Business Analyst

Duration - 3 months initially

Day Rate - £350

Location - Sheffield

Skills Required:

*Experienced Business Analyst

*Ability to lead requirements gathering.

*Good understanding of ITSM processes and data.

*Ability to support/lead requirements workshops with internal resources and external suppliers.

*Able to produce good quality documentation.

*Ability to think "user-centrically"

**UX Experience

Key Responsibilities

*Work with process leads to produce Use Cases/User Stories for processes in scope.

*Capture and manage requirements (Functional & Non-Functional).

*Work with Unidesk support to document existing SM Tool process interfaces and integrations and determine requirements for P2 assyst integration with our clients processes & systems.

*Support process leads in workshops with Axios to ensure requirements are captured and agreed.

*Track delivery against requirements working with Axios, process and reporting leads during prototyping.

*Document and maintain "to be" data dictionary, interfaces and integration.

*(possibly UX specialist) Work with our client's representatives to improve "look & feel" of the consumer experience of Service Catalogue & User Portal.

*Support Process leads with changes to existing process documentation.

*Lead definition & documentation of DTS Service Catalogue & DTS service offerings.

The Project

The organisation is moving into Phase II of the implementation of a Service Management Toolset. The timescale for the project is aggressive and the post holder will be required to 'hit the ground running'

The successful applicant must be able to mentor and create positive relationships within a matrix managed team, able and willing to provide expertise, often contributing, and where required taking ownership of specialist products. Have attention to detail and be able to positively challenge stakeholders and know when to do this. They will need to be a confident and experienced presenter.
