Technical Consultant - Leeds - £35k-£45k

Local Yorkshire travel and office based

Nigel Frank International are hiring exclusively on behalf of an IT consultancy based out of Leeds city centre.Delivery comes first in this position, it's all about giving customers the best possible service, and if that means offering a product not yet provided then there is potential for it to be added to the portfolio.This means you'll have a genuine impact on the service available to customers - it's a brand new role that you'll be able to make your own within a growing managed services and consultancy provider.As part of the role you'll be providing mentoring and training to Support Engineers based on appraisals and one-to-one mentoring.It will be your responsibility to ensure that the service delivered to customers is on par with SLA's often agreed by yourself.Travel around Yorkshire for project and pre-sales work will be necessary (although the role is office-based) so candidates must be willing to travel and have the following experience:
