The Graduate IT Support Analyst Role:
We are looking to hire a super-sharp graduate to join our growing business. In this entry-level role you'll learn our software / SaaS solution and will support with Data Mapping, product support, business analysis amongst many other things. The role offers a development path across the business including the Service Delivery Team, Customer Success team and even a developer. Depending on your skill/preferences you will be able to help shape your career
About You:
+ Outgoing and a strong self-starter
+ Ambition to succeed in whatever job you do
+ Hardworking and quick to pick up new skills
+ Computer science or science/maths-based degree - min 2:1
+ Good with numbers
+ MS Excel proficiency
Nice to have:
+ SQL/Database knowledge
+ Development experience
+ Data analysis
